John Paul Bruno
John Bruno oversees all management duties associated with the DMB Redwood City Saltworks operation. John has more than 20 years of management experience in the local real estate market, as well as worldwide, from his tenure as an executive in the high technology industry. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics and a Master of Business Administration degree from Santa Clara University. John is a director for the Redwood City Chamber of Commerce, Technology Credit Union, Housing Trust of Santa Clara County, St. Ignatius College Preparatory and is on the Advisory Board for Resource Area for Teachers.

Eric Harrison
Eric Harrison is responsible for overseeing conceptual community planning for the Saltworks site. Eric has more than 23 years of experience in the land planning field. Eric has a bachelor's degree in geography from California State University Long Beach and a master's degree in real estate development from the University of California, Irvine. In addition, Eric is a director for the San Francisco based not for profit On Lok Senior Health services organization.

David Smith
David Smith is responsible for working with regulatory officials to ensure that the project complies will all environmental regulations. David has experience with The Clean Water Act, the Clean Air Act, the California Environmental Quality Act and the federal and California Endangered Species Acts. David Smith also serves as Vice Chair of the Global Warming Task Force for the California Building Industry Association.

Seamus Murphy
Seamus Murphy provides the DMB Redwood City Saltworks team communications and guidance on issues involving governmental processes. Seamus has worked with complex land issues that have ultimately resulted in an improved quality of life for area residents. Seamus holds a bachelor's degree in history from the University of Colorado, a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Colorado and a bachelor's degree in journalism from New York University. Seamus is a director for the Service League of San Mateo County.

Nori Jabba
Nori Jabba manages community relations for the Saltworks. She grew up on the Peninsula and has lived in Redwood City for 10 years. Nori has a bachelor's degree from Grinnell College in Iowa and a master's in urban and regional planning from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She is an active community volunteer and is a member of the City of Redwood City Historic Resources Advisory Committee, the California Preservation Foundation, the American Planning Association, the Redwood City Women's Club, the Redwood City Mothers' Club, the Our Lady of Mount Carmel School Board and sits on the Education Committee for the Redwood City San Mateo County Chamber of Commerce.

Jay Reed
Jay Reed is responsible for facilitating the community-planning process, working with grassroots groups, government relations, media relations and communications implementation. Jay has a bachelor's degree in public relations from Northern Arizona University and graduate studies in communications from the University of Southern California. Jay is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Public Relations Society of America.

Kun Elsayed
Kun Elsayed is the Senior Finance Manager for the DMB Redwood City Saltworks team. She provides financial support and direction for the team. Kun has over 15 years of experience in the financial field, and has worked in places such as Hong Kong and New York.

Jeri Richardson
Jeri Richardson has lived in Redwood City since 1982. Jeri is responsible for general Saltworks operations and will assist with community relations. She has a bachelor's degree in business administration, with a minor in accountancy and emphasis in real estate from the University of San Diego. Jeri is an appointed member of Redwood City's Housing and Human Concerns Committee and an Executive Officer on the Board of Directors for the Sequoia Awards, a local non-profit organization.

Cynthia Mancarti
Cynthia Mancarti is responsible for the administrative management of the Saltworks office. Cynthia is also a certified medical assistant, and an expert in computer software.
